This trek takes you from Nepal’s biggest lake, Rara Lake to Khaptad National Park in Far West Nepal.
The beautiful Rara Lake is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and thick pine forests. Especially on bright days, the sight is stunning as the mountains reflect in the water of the lake.
In Khaptad National Park you see an amazing variety of landscapes and greenery. It is also a great place for spotting wildlife and birds.
This is a great trek for the adventurous traveler who is looking for a real wilderness experience: the forests are thick, the landscapes alpine and the mountain villages are authentic, since they are remote and see only few tourists.
