This trek is one of the most famous treks in Nepal. The starting point for this trek is close to Pokhara. It is a very suitable trek for beginners and for children.
The trek is in the Annapurna region and has a diverse natural beauty. You also enjoy the breath taking sunrise after a nice morning walk on Poon Hill.
ITINERARY GHOREPANI - POON HILL TREK
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 2: With tourist bus to Pokhara
Day 3: With private car to Nayapul - Start of the trek to Hile (1450m/4757ft) or Tirkhedunga (1535m/5,036ft)
Day 4: Trek to Ghorepani (2775 m/9,104ft)
Day 5: Morning walk to Poon Hill (3193 m/ 10,475ft) - trek to Tadapani (2540 m/8,333ft)
Day 6: Trek to Chumrung (2170m/7,119ft)
Day 7: Trek to Tolka (1700m/ 5,577ft)
Day 8: Trek to Dhampus (1750 m/ 5,741ft)
Day 9: Trek to Phedi. With private car to Pokhara
Day 10: With tourist bus from Pokhara to Kathmandu
