PRICE ON REQUEST
Trekking in the rarely visited and mysterious Limi Valley is like going back in time. Due to the isolated and remote location in the far west of Nepal, the small villages are quite untouched by modern society. Old Buddhist traditions are mixed with shamanistic influences.
Your trail follows the ancient pilgrimage route to the border of China. On the way you cross the Nara La pass (4620 m/ 15,157ft)) with amazing views of the Himalayan mountains. From the border town Hilsa you walk towards the Limi Valley.
There is a chance that you`ll see the shy snow leopard, some Himalayan blue sheep, jackals, hyenas or musk deer. You camp in amazing spots close to authentic villages with a view on the snow-capped mountains.
Due to its remote location Limi Valley trek is still an “off the beaten trek destination”. Especially in summer season you’ll meet very few tourists and have the trails for yourself.

Please keep in mind that a trek in the Himalayan Mountains requires a flexible and emphatic mind. During your trek you are lacking some of the basic luxuries like electricity and hot showers. Due to weather conditions, health issues, fitness of group members or sudden natural disasters (like landslides, snow storms, earth quakes, flooding...) we may have to change your itinerary. We try to do our best to follow the outlined itinerary of your booked trek, but your safety and well-being stays our primary concern. In case an amendment of your trek is necessary, it is our group leader or head guide who takes this final decision.
You can fill in your remaining days in Nepal with a wide range of activities. Discover some days the jungle in one of the nationals parks in the South of Nepal, go enjoying the shores of Phewa lake in Pokhara or visit the cultural sites in Kathmandu Valley.
