Trekking with children.
Going a few days on a trekking could be one of the best things you and your children ever do, especially when there are several children. Behind every corner there is a new pleasure to discover: chickens, goats, mules, waterfalls, temples, caves, prayer rolls, local children,..
As a child, you are often in the centre of attention of the locals. Nepalese are very fond of children and very curious to meet Western kids.
Even with small children you can go on a trek. To maximize your joy, you can just take a porter with you. Almost all the porters are great playing mates, despite the language barrier. They can carry your little one a part of the trip or the whole trip in a adjustable doko.
